Each individual may hold only one y999 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts belonging to that individual along with forfeiture of any associated balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y999 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. y999 will never ask for your password through any communication channel — any request for your password from a person claiming to represent y999 should be treated as a security threat and reported to y999 support immediately. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to y999 before the activity occurred.
y999 may request identity documents at any point — including national identity card (CNIC/NICOP), proof of address, and payment method documentation — to verify your identity in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or closure of the account.
An account is classified as inactive if there has been no login or transactional activity for a continuous period of 12 months. y999 may apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts after the 12-month threshold. You will be notified before any fee is applied. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
